I signed up for Luno and had to do the usual ID and selfie verification thing. Not too difficult the app was easy enough to follow. The only annoying part was the wait, it took almost a full day, and I kept checking because I wasn’t really sure how long it was supposed to take. But yeah, it did eventually go through without any major issues. Once I was verified, everything worked fine. I just think they could make the waiting time or status a bit clearer. Overall, not bad.

I don’t trade crypto all that often, but Luno has been straightforward for me. The app is clean, easy to figure out, and buying crypto only takes a few taps. What more do you really need when you just want something simple? I’m giving it 4 stars because bank transfers can sometimes take longer than I’d like, which is a bit annoying. But overall, it works well and doesn’t leave me feeling confused.
